Nourishment as Medicine

The Four-Phase Method

A collaborative, whole-person process for creating the conditions in which your body and life can thrive. We work with nourishment, movement, daily rhythms, and the inner patterns that shape lasting change.

More than a list of things to do

Knowing what supports wellbeing and making it part of everyday life are different things. Nourishment as Medicine brings the practical and the personal together: food, movement, recovery, environment, mindset, and meaningful lifestyle change. With guidance and support, you can notice what works, adjust what doesn't, and build a way of living that feels like your own.

A connected journey

Four phases, one shared process

PHASE 01

Clear

What is getting in the way?

We begin by making space: noticing what is ready to change, imagining what feeling well could make possible, and identifying what may be working against your goals.

  • A guided inner recalibration to clarify how you want to feel and live
  • A thoughtful look at food, routines, sleep, hydration, and your environment
  • Practical first changes that feel supportive—not punishing

PHASE 02

Build

What needs support?

With a clearer foundation, we build the physical conditions that can support energy, strength, recovery, and resilience—working with your body instead of asking it to compensate.

  • Personalized nourishment and realistic meal rhythms
  • Movement suited to your body, season, and capacity
  • Rest, recovery, and daily routines that are possible to sustain

PHASE 03

Deepen

What makes you feel alive?

As more capacity returns, we make room for the questions beneath the habits: what matters to you, what lights you up, and what patterns shape the way you see what is possible.

  • Coaching and reflection around beliefs, identity, and resistance
  • Mindfulness, visualization, and somatic practices
  • Connecting daily choices with the life and relationships you want to nourish

PHASE 04

Integrate

Can you make it your own?

The final phase turns what you have learned into a personal framework for real life—including busy seasons, travel, stress, and the moments when you need to find your way back to your baseline.

  • Keep the food, movement, and recovery rhythms that serve you
  • Notice when you are moving away from your baseline and know how to return
  • Leave with tools and confidence to support yourself beyond our work together

Support changes what's possible

You don't have to figure it out alone.

If you've been working hard to feel better but still feel tired or low on energy, are navigating fertility concerns or menopause symptoms, or simply don't know where to begin amid all the advice, you deserve more than another list of things to try.

If doing it all on your own were enough, you might already have the support and momentum you need. That isn't a failure. Sometimes the difference is having a thoughtful team, clear guidance, and women beside you who understand the process.

Krystal and Carisa have coaches and support in the areas where they want to keep learning and growing, too. Support isn't a shortcut or a sign that you aren't capable—it can be what helps you move forward with more clarity, care, and connection.

Why a process?

Change needs room to take root.

Under our everyday behaviors are habits, beliefs, emotional patterns, and years of conditioning. Information alone doesn't always help us shift them.

Four phases create space to implement, observe, adjust, go deeper, and integrate. The goal isn't perfection or dependence on a coach—it's resilience, self-trust, and knowing how to find your way back to what supports you.
